Dear Members and Friends, It is our pleasure to announce that the Government of the HKSAR has completed all the relevant procedures required by its law to bring the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion, signed in Hong Kong on 1 April 2011. According to Article 26 of the Agreement, the Agreement entered into force on the 16th April 2012.
